Accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their safety.
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please secure your valuables during your stay.

LumiNest Homes LLC is not liable for any third-party individuals, providers, vendors, establishments, entities or companies that LumiNest Homes LLC has contracted or has associated with as a part of rental or management operations or otherwise.

Longer-Term Stays

Dispute Resolution In the event of disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your stay, LumiNest Homes LLC will first attempt to resolve them through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to engage in mediation with a neutral third party to facilitate a mutually acceptable solution. Should mediation fail, arbitration may be pursued, in which a binding decision will be made by an arbitrator. Legal proceedings will comply with the laws of the state where the property is located.
