Because this property is a mid-term rental (30+ nights minimum), we require an external screening process for all our guests. Please review these mandatory requirements before booking
All guests must complete a background and credit check via RentSpree within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
There is a screening fee of approximately $39 to $59, paid directly by the guest (non-refundable).
Approval Criteria: Minimum credit score of 675, No felonies, No eviction history
Strict Policy: Failure to complete the screening process within the 24-hour window, or failure to meet the criteria listed above, will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.
After we confirm the screening process, we also require all guests to acquire Renters Insurance and a Residential Lease signed directly with the property owner
